PhillipsX’s selling exhibition explores Picasso's deep affinity with animals as captured through his works across multiple mediums including painting, drawing, sculpture, and ceramics. From the graceful lines of doves to the powerful forms of bulls, Picasso’s animals are more than subjects; they are icons, muses, and metaphors that reflect the artist’s complex relationship with nature. His representations reveal not only his playful spirit and artistic range, but also his sensitivity to the untamed beauty of the animal world, challenging viewers to see animals through his eyes: as companions, symbols, and powerful conveyors of emotion.

PhillipsX is pleased to announce A TRIBUTE TO TRADITION: Another Clue About Huang Yuxing, an exhibition of works by the acclaimed Chinese contemporary artist Huang Yuxing featuring a group of rare works showcasing his fascination for traditional Chinese shan shui paintings and craftsmanship. This exhibition will highlight the Chinese ink paintings created during his teenage years, landscape paintings that offer a contemporary interpretation of traditional Chinese shan shui works, and a collection of pieces such as a purple clay teapot sculpture, lacquerware, ceramics, and hand-carved stamps that showcase his passion for ancient craftsmanship.

PhillipsX is pleased to present AWAKENED by nature a collaborative selling exhibition with WHITE SPACE, one of the foremost pioneering spaces for art in China. The exhibition will feature two leading Chinese female artists, Li Shurui and Shi Zhiying, who have been invited to create works in which they are taking their inspirations from nature, light and color.

PhillipsX is pleased to present (Re)Trace Kusama to Shiota, an exhibition featuring works by two Japanese contemporary art stars Yayoi Kusama and Chiharu Shiota. The exhibition includes a non-selling group of artworks by Chiharu Shiota, the largest collection of the artist ever presented to the public in Hong Kong. Alongside this group of museum grade works will be a series of iconic creations by two female artists that are available for purchase through PhillipsX.
 
While Kusama and Shiota have had considerable exposure and solo exhibitions across a number of major cities in the world, their works have never been brought together on such a scale and juxtaposed thematically. This show follows the success of Yayoi Kusama’s recent retrospective at M+, Yayoi Kusama: 1945.
