“Inverse" is a perspective we take in the creation of our art, which could simultaneously mean to challenge as well to embrace. It is akin to the laws of the natural environment we dwell in. Art bears witness from multiple perspectives to the tough times we are in, and we as artists in turn present it to the public in different forms.
A total of 38 graduates will be participating in the graduate exhibition. Their artworks are the results of the three-year art training and study, including photography, ceramics, painting and sculpture and other media. The programme is co-organized by RMIT University and the Hong Kong Art School. It aims to open up a broader vision for young artists and to create possibilities for better art development in Hong Kong.
Exhibition period: 9-25 July (10am - 8pm)
Venue address: 4-5/F Pao Galleries, Hong Kong Arts Centre, Wan Chai
