May 14 Lin Xue: a Retrospective at Pao Galleries

Exhibition

Self-taught artist with a unique approach, eye and technique, Lin Xue was deeply inspired by complexity and intertwined connections occurring in natural world. Interestingly enough, it is obvious that he is self taught; made me think of how often we underestimate the influence of art teachers and institutions on the style and tecnical choices.
