The second lecture in The Hong Kong Jockey Club Art Education and Female Empowerment Series dedicated to ASHKs current exhibition A World Within: The Art and Inspiration of Irene Chou, focuses on highlighting how the relationship between the arts and mental health can offer diverse and dynamic settings for expressive restorative, educational, and therapeutic benefits. Panelists will speak on their experiences as a practicing artist, art therapist and psychiatrist to comment on the application of the creative arts in mental health services in Hong Kong and uncover the artists' role and the role of creativity in mental health. The conversation will be moderated by Enid Tsui.
