We are delighted to welcome SCAD alumnus and well-known contemporary artist José Parlá, alongside curator Dieter Buchhart, for a live-stream discussion on September 19. Moderated by HOCA curator Lauren Every-Wortman, the conversation will focus on three important aspects of Parlá's work - time, movement, and texture. A special book signing of Parlá’s new catalog, ‘Textures of Memory’ will follow the talk.
